Invitations & referrals

The referral programme rewards you with bonus tokens when people you invite go through the defined steps - typically combined with a purchase of a token package. You send invitations by email; status and statistics are visible in a central overview.

Programme and bonus tokens

Referral programme overview

  • Bonus tokens increase your balance for scans and reduce the net cost of your usage, provided the programme conditions are met.
  • For the exact amount and payout logic please refer to the current terms of service and notes in the product UI.

Send invitations by email

  • Enter the email address of the invited person and send the invitation.
  • The invited person receives a message with a link to register or accept (text depends on the template).

Invitation status

  • Pending - the invitation was sent; the person has not yet completed all required steps.
  • Accepted - the invitation was used; the person has joined the process per your workspace or the programme.
  • Expired - the invitation was only valid for 7 days and was not accepted in time.

7-day validity

  • After expiry you have to send a new invitation if the person should still participate.
  • Encourage recipients to open the link promptly.

Reward on token-package purchase

  • The reward for you as the inviter is often tied to the purchase of a token package by the referred person.
  • Without a qualifying purchase there may be no reward or a reduced one - see the programme text.

Statistics

  • The overview shows the number of invitations, acceptances and where applicable paid-out rewards.
  • Use the statistics to steer your referral activity without violating the privacy of the invited people.

Fairness and policies

  • The programme assumes that referrals are authentic and that the invited person gets actual value.
  • Abuse (fictitious accounts, self-invitations against the rules) can lead to revoked rewards - exact rules are in the terms of service.

Tracking for teams

  • Statistics can be evaluated internally to see which channels work (without rating individual people).
  • Combine referrals with training or onboarding so new users understand the product quickly.

Notes and best practices

  • Only invite people with genuine interest in the product - this keeps deliverability and reputation high.
  • No bulk invitations to purchased lists; this is against common policies and can lead to suspensions.
  • For questions about payouts or missing tokens first check status and deadlines (7 days, purchase condition), then contact support with concrete data.
