Platform Readiness
Platform readiness estimates how consistently and traceably a brand is represented in sources relevant to AI answer systems. It contributes 10% to the GEO score.
What is assessed?
A configured AI model considers the signals available in the audit, including:
- Wikipedia and Wikidata matches
sameAslinks from structured data- website topics and Schema.org types
- access for AI crawlers
- information available through llms.txt
The result includes an overall value, assessments of individual platform areas and recommendations. The resulting brand visibility value also contributes to brand authority.
How to improve the score
- Keep the brand name, description and key facts consistent across official channels.
- Link verified profiles through
sameAs. - Publish professionally relevant content that earns independent mentions and references.
- Maintain complete organization, author and contact information.
- Prioritize platforms that genuinely matter to the industry and audience.
Assessment limits
The audit does not sign in to external platforms or perform a complete live check of every profile. Platform readiness is a reasoned AI assessment based on available signals. When evidence is missing, the model must not invent profiles or reach figures. Without AI analysis, the criterion is shown as not assessed.
