Terms and Conditions
Section 1 - Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the qualivise.ai platform (hereinafter referred to as "Service"), provided by [Company Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Provider").
By registering, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Section 2 - Description of Services
The Service provides AI-powered spelling and grammar checking for websites. Users can submit sitemaps, run scans, and view and edit the results in the dashboard.
The analysis is based on AI models. The Provider does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the detected errors.
Section 3 - Registration and Account
Use of the Service requires registration with a valid email address. The user is responsible for the security of their login credentials.
Upon registration, each user receives a one-time bonus token balance. This can be used for scans.
Section 4 - Token System and Billing
The Service operates on a token-based billing model. Tokens are acquired by purchasing token packages.
- Before each scan, tokens are reserved based on an estimate.
- After completion, only the tokens actually consumed are charged.
- Excess reserved tokens are automatically refunded.
- Purchased tokens do not expire.
Section 5 - Payment Terms
Payment for token packages is processed via PayPal. The stated prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax (VAT).
Token purchases become effective immediately upon successful payment and token credit. There is no right of withdrawal after the digital service has been utilized.
Section 6 - Usage Rights and Obligations
The user is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended contractual purpose.
The user agrees to:
- No abusive use of the Service.
- Only scan websites they own or are authorized to scan.
- No automated access without the Provider's permission.
Section 7 - Limitation of Liability
The Provider shall only be liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, as well as from the breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
No liability is assumed for the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated analysis results.
Section 8 - Termination
The user may delete their account at any time without providing reasons. Tokens that have been purchased but not consumed will expire upon account deletion.
The Provider reserves the right to suspend accounts in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Section 9 - Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the Provider, to the extent permitted by law.
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
